Position Summary

The Parts Advisor is responsible for managing appliance parts from start to finish—identifying parts, ordering, receiving, tracking, and supporting technicians with the correct components to complete jobs efficiently. This role also helps manage our e-commerce parts operations, ensuring online orders are processed accurately and on time. The Parts Advisor plays a critical role in keeping technicians moving, reducing downtime, and supporting both in-store and online customers.
